Mary Tinsley, MS BCBA, LBA

Senior Educational Consultant

Mary is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis and education.

She has worked in the field of behavior analysis and education since 1996 with families, schools and individuals with special needs in home, community, clinic and school-based settings.

She has worked with learners from 14 months of age to 36 years old.

Ms. Tinsley has previously held significant roles including Lead Behavior Analyst within the Kent School District, Clinical Supervisor at Jigsaw Junction, Program Supervisor at Northwest Behavioral Associates, and Behavior Analyst at ASTAR.

Earlier in Mary's career, valuable experience was gained as a Teacher, Research Assistant and Staff Trainer at The New England Center for Children and as a Curriculum and Behavior Specialist at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism.

Mary holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University.

Ms. Tinsley has been a BCBA since 2004 and focuses her learning and interest to the fields of trauma-informed behavior analysis and behavior analysis in the educational setting.
